About the role

We're looking for a Product Manager to own the PSP/APM integration product area. You'll be responsible for expanding and optimising the payment processing ecosystem — translating merchant needs and market trends into integration roadmap priorities.

Key responsibilities

  • Own the PSP/APM integration roadmap end-to-end (discovery → delivery → iteration).
  • Define and prioritise which processors/APMs to integrate based on merchant demand, market coverage, and strategic value.
  • Prioritise competing demands with ambiguous inputs, communicate trade-offs clearly under pressure, and maintain a scale-up mindset — building for many merchants, not just one.
  • Write clear PRDs/specs covering API design, edge cases, and certification requirements.
  • Collaborate with engineering on technical feasibility, sequencing, and trade-offs.
  • Partner with commercial teams to translate merchant requests into scalable product decisions (not one-off customisation).
  • Monitor integration health: uptime, auth rates, error patterns — drive improvements.
  • Manage external partner relationships (PSP technical contacts, scheme reps).
  • Coordinate product launches via product development lifecycle.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years product management experience, ideally in online payments or fintech.
  • Deep understanding of payment processing flows (auth, capture, refund, chargebacks, 3DS, OCT/AFT, PayOut).
  • Comfort working across multiple workstreams simultaneously under pressure.
  • Strong ownership mindset — you chase answers, not assignments.
  • Ability to prioritise ruthlessly using data and business impact (value engineering).
  • Excellent stakeholder management (engineering, commercial, merchants).
  • Curiosity about AI/automation and how it can improve product workflows.
  • Clear, structured communicator (written and verbal).

Why join us?

  • Standalone company, scale-up pace — decisions happen fast.
  • Real ownership — you shape the integration roadmap, not just execute tickets.
  • Global team, flat structure — direct access to engineering, commercial, and leadership.
  • Mission: build the orchestration layer that powers resilient, intelligent payment routing.
